Shipping Methods and Rates
Standard and Expedited shipping options vary by delivery destination. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Orders may arrive in more than one package.
Prepare items for shipment, 1-2 business days normally.
Transit of package, 2-12 business days.
Please note that Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Gifbera offers two different international shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 7-12 Business Days.
Express Shipping: 2-5 Business Days.
- Total Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time
- We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.
- Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
- Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
- In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact with our customer service.
- If you don’t receive the parcel within this period, please contact us.
- ＊Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer care team (email@example.com) will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
