Thank you for shopping at GiFBERA. Our online shop provides bakeware and decorating tools by high quality material and reliable production.Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Important Information

  • All return and exchange requests must be received within 45 days of the purchase date.
  • Most non-food items can be returned or exchanged at no charge.
  • Food items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • NO Issue Items returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We will not accept to exchange or fix a item if the damage was caused directly or indirectly by you

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Sign in our website to submit return/exchange request online(Link on the left side of the order page).

Step 2: Get authorization and return address via email within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack and ship return package.Items must be in its original packaging with original label.

Step 4: Input shipping details ( tracking number & delivery company) on You

Step 5: Receive refund within a week or a replacement order be placed within 3 days after we get your return package.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns.

We’ll email you once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us. If you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
